i purchased an app by mistake. It's now a one year renewable deal, and I don't want to renew it. How can I cancel my subscription??

Usually "Subscriptions" would be the next thing in that list, even if you don't have any active subscriptions.
If assistance is required, contact Apple Support:
I purchased an app by mistake and want to cancel the subscription so as it doesn't automatically renew each year.
When I go to settings and tap my name, I don't have a selection/option that says subscriptions.
I have the following:
- Name,Phone Numbers, Email
2. Password and security
3. Payment & Delivery.
How can I send a message to someone that I don't want the subscription to be automatically renewed???
