I didn't got the refund which is shown as refunded

recently I cancelled the subscription of an app and In the status of claims , it is showing as refunded, but the amount of refund (₹1549) is not yet received

refund not received i asked for a refund for an app’s monthly subscription right after accidentally purchasing it, it got approved one day later but refund’s not showing up on my bank account and subscription still appears to be active. is it gonna be taken away after i receive it? or is that why i didn’t receive the refund yet ?
