Personal hotspot connects, but no internet

For about a week, my computer has been able to connect to Personal Hotspot on my iPhone, but there's no internet connectivity. It worked one day, and the next day it didn't. I do think there was an overnight iOS update between those days.

My carrier allows it, the setting is turned on, I've restarted both machines and reset network settings on the iPhone. Again, no problems connecting, there's just no internet. Doesn't appear to work when tethered via USB either.

Any suggestions?
