Exercise Tracker

My watch is not always tracking exercises like walks and runs. I will do a 10k and it will say I’ve done 6 mins of exercise?

Thank you for your response but I walk quick fast and continually with very few breaks. If I have a break I will pause the watch. It had been tracking ding but of late it doesn’t seem to track right?
