Hi, I got caught out there and bought the Intego for MAC Virus and Malware package for 2 years. There are a lot of updates and I was wondering must I update them all? Also if I skip 10 and then update will all the prior updates get applied as well. I use OS X Version 10.13.6 OS High Sierra. My Macbook Pro was made late 2011 so I can't update from Apple anymore.

Effective defenses against malware and other threats
Are there any AntiVirus, Disk Cleaner, Optimizers, Defrag, VPNs etc installed which should be removed as per Developers Instructions. They are useless, unneeded, cause havoc and interfere with the normal operation of the OS and can corrupt the OS to the point of having to Reinstall the OS.
Yes as per Integos Instructions. Do Not just Drag and Drop the Application to the Trash. Some Applications require specific method to remove everything. Otherwise - portions of the Application may remain on the drive and cause havoc.

Oh That's not good. I just lost some money but I'd rather be safe. So by Developer you mean delete as per Integos instructions.

I just uninstalled it the correct way, now I just have to delete other files that may be around. I will search for them. Thanks again
