Virus
I have had a notification my phone has 4 viruses and to download a security app to repair the phone and that some contacts, photos may be lost is it genuine or a scam?
iPhone 12 mini, iOS 14

It's a Scam. iPhone cannot get virus unless it is Jailbroken.
Delete your internet history. If you use Safari, go to:
Settings -> Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data
