subscription

I noticed a charge on my credit card from apple. After inquiring from apple they said to check subscriptions. I found that I was charged for something that I never signed up for. I cancelled the subscription but want my money returned. It is some Pyro VPN app that doesn't even show up on my phone and I never wanted it. Who can I get to take this off of my credit card. i have already filed a dispute with my card.
