Apple ID locked

hello

so now I have another Apple ID that has been locked cause I didn't remember the password, and now I do remember the password, but the only way to recover my account is by following the steps sent to an email that I had put as my backup email, but apple hints that this email ends with @m......com where I never used any email domain that started with a m, also the other method was answering a question (my birth date) and whenever I put it, it's wrong and now the option of answering a question is eliminated.

what should I do to recover my ID?

If you cannot recover by security questions or the email sent you’ll want to try and enable two factor authentication following https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204915
