Apps won’t delete

I cannot delete any apps. They just leave the Home Screen and go to App Library and when I try to delete from there only option that shows is share app

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
