I get charge every year and my kids are not using abc mouse I want to cancel.and refund for this year

I see that it's coming from an app called "ABCmouse.com". I suppose this is a subscription.
You can cancel these kind of charges from your Apple account. Try following the instructions on this page: How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
I am not honestly NOT familiar with "ABC Mouse". I tried to Google it and I see that it is somehow another company aside from Apple.
