Follow Invoce Instructions:
Being that you are using send-in service, then perform all of this as instructed on the invoice they give you in the box.
here is some tips
. take out sim card
. back up iPhone
. restore iPhone
. do not charge it too full, if you want to sent in for a battery replacement do not charge the iPhone as it will make it hard for the repairer to take out the battery.
return iphone for service
