Cant

I’m trying to connect to an apple watch which was owned by my uncle who died. It’s telling me to log in with his icloud account but i don’t have the password. It says if you got it second hand to contact the previous owner so they can disconnect their icloud but i obviously can’t do that so how do i connect to watch without his password?
