My iPhone warranty expired & I want to extend & renew warranty period.

Once the 1 year warranty expires, you can’t extend it. If you did not purchase the Apple care plan when you got your phone, it is too late to add that also. You may need to look into a private insurance plan to cover any service issues you might have.
