It’s a Phishing Scam:
If the domain does not begin www.apple.com, then there is nothing Apple Apple about it.
It's probably not a phishing scam, but it's an online retailer in Karachi whose site is designed to look very much like an Apple page: it is not listed as an Apple authorised retailer (they don't actually say they are though they try to imply it). They describe the products as 'Non-Active Company Sealed Product Guaranteed.' whatever that means. I suspect it means grey imports.(which means no support from Apple). There is one Apple authorised retailer in karachi and this isn't it.
