Hi everyone,
my MacBook shocks me when my monitor is plugged in via HDMI using a USB c dongle and when it happens the monitor turns black for a while.
I already purchased a Power Adapter Extension Cable with the grounding but I keep getting shocked.
What can I do?

Try using another dongle and another cable since one of these items may be bad. If you are using a third party dongle or cable, then try using another brand. There is also a chance your monitor has an electrical problem. If this doesn't help, then you definitely need to follow @MrHoffman's advice.
Contact an electrician to check the wiring and grounding in the local electrical system, and contact Apple Support directly.
