iPhone shortcuts (2 triggers)

I have to take some tablets before I go to bed, as my bed time varies I wish to make a shortcut to say between 10-12 when iPhone goes on charge say “take tablets”

I can do one or the other triggers. I have managed to scrip between the times but it won’t let me add the “when placed on charge”. The placed on charge trigger seems to be in automation not shortcuts. When I have set up this automation it tells me to take tablets every time I charge my iPhone and I can’t seem to add between times. I can’t the automations triggers to the times shortcut scrip. I can add the between times shortcut to the automation scrip but will not let me add the second trigger of when on charge.

Anyone got any ideas?
