Hello manliketams,
It sounds as though you've installed GamePigeon, and are wanting to play the games offered by the app. GamePigeon allows for you to play games with others via Messages. To access GamePigeon games you'll want to go in to Messages, and open a message thread with a contact. Once there, and just below the text field where you can type you'll see a list of application icons, you can scroll through the apps by swiping from right to left, and you'll find GamePigeon there. If GamePigeon does not appear, tap More, followed by Edit to add the app to the list.
