Update 14.4.2

Has anyone else had issues with their email. Only my At&t accts are no longer accessible. I keep getting error message that there is “no password provided”. I’ve re-entered them several times and keep getting this error message. On my desktop my email is perfectly fine. This recently happened after the last update and it’s driving my crazy that I can not access my main email account. Any suggestions?

Thank you, that info helped, I ended up having to log into U-verse mail and set up a “secure mail key” for each email address. With that I was able to add my emails back on

Are these the only accounts affected? Are these accounts set up in the native Mail app? If so, if you remove the accounts, restart your device, and add them again, is the issue resolved?

Recently AT&T has updated their security and also does not allow direct access to their mail. Third party mail apps including Apple Mail are required to set up keys. Please follow the steps at this link to enable access: Enable/Disable Third-Party Client Access to Comcast.net Email - FAQs

I have several accounts, exchange, outlook & gmail and all of them are working fine. It’s just my At&t accounts that pop up with the no password error message. I tried to remove and restart my iPhone and then re-add my email accounts and it still pops up with the same error message. I’ve double check my accounts on my desk top and they are working fine, it’s just on the iPhone which was after the last update when it stopped working.
