Recently I updated my iPad to 14.4.2 when I went to the messages app it had signed out so I put in all my info then it has been stuck on Signing In when I restart my iPad nothing happens. Weirdly enough after the first time I put my info in the keyboard is still popping up even through there’s no where to type.

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
It is something to test, but I would try another network.
Do you have a different network, like using one when at a friend's house?
I have another network I will try the one I’m was trying to log in with is a 5g network but I’ll try with 2.4g
Would a personal hotspot work?
Try restarting before accessing the other network.
If I try with the other network I don’t think that I could sign in because the box’s to fill out aren’t there so would I just wait while on the other network?
