I have downloaded game pigeon before on my old phone. I transferred everything over to my new phone and game pigeon is the only one that won’t download.I have tried everything that apple has posted but still doesn’t work.please help

I believe you mean the App Store. You go to an Apple Store to buy a computer.
Is the game still available at the store? If it has been pulled by the developer then it won't be available for download.

I said "No old 32-Bit apps can run on a 64-Bit iOS unless the app developer has the app updated."
iPhone 5 & 5c and below used 32-Bit iOS and ran 32-Bit apps.
FWIW: My working old apps on my iPad 3rd (& 4th) generation are also 32-Bit which I cannot used on my iPhone 12 Pro or my iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd generation.

I assume since this is the iPhone forum and the OP says this is to an iPhone that we're not dealing with 32 bit apps in a Catalina+ context.
It's probably an issue with that particular app. I just came across a similar "can't download..." post from a few hours ago.
Of course, that can also happened.
I was just covering the cases with old 32-Bit apps.
