Privacy Warning -this network is blocking encrypted DNS traffic

Hi ,

When I was trying to connect my wifi i got a privacy warning message as “This network is blocking encrypted DNS traffic.

The names of websites and other servers your device accesses on this network may be monitored and recorded by other devices on the same network”

Is someone monitoring my device ? what is the reason for this message ?
