There is no tamil phone languagep
Why apple company never had a option for tamil language as a phone language? Eventhough there is a hindi as a phone language? Why there is no tamil language.?

Did you try on your iPhone's
Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard... > select Tamil
