Chrome keeps sending me notifications that my Mac has been hacked.

Google Chrome keeps on sending me notification that my mac has been hacked and or some is spying on me etc. How do I make sure I am safe and how do I get rid of it?

Scam Virus Notification Using a MacBook Pro updated to Iatest OS Sonoma 14.0. I stupidly clicked on a link that a Facebook friend posted that was a scam site. I am now getting repeated notifications that say I have a virus, or my email has been hacked or some other fake issue. When I click on the notification it flips to a screen advertising AdBlock but the URL showing under it directs to some other site. I have MacPaw and have run it several times and no virus, malware, or other issues are found but I continue to get the notification. I turned on the AdBlock extension in my Safari settings, but still getting the notification. How do I get rid of it??!! Thank you!!!
