Apple Watch Trends

I have had my Apple Watch for over a year. When I upgrade my phone, I lost 8 months of progress. But I have no reached over 180 of activity and still don’t see my trends. Is this an Apple Watch issue? Update issue?

If that doesn't help, try unpairing and repairing your watch as well.
