Buy iPhone from UK and use it in Egypt

Hi everyone

my question is if I am considering buying an iPhone 12 pro Max from UK and use it in Egypt , will I have a problem with the locked sim as in USA ??

And if so, how can this problem be solved ?

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE, iPAD, APPLE TV AND HOMEPOD SERVICE.

Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and HomePod to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

If you're buying a phone, just make sure it's not locked to a carrier.

Bear in mind the advice given that you may not get warranty service outside the country of purchase.
