Can you transfer money from iTunes gift card to Apple Cash? Because I just sent 100 dollars to Apple ITunes from Apple Cash and I don’t know how to get it back

The refund amount.

And the document: Add money to Apple Cash https://support.apple.com/HT207881 says:
"You can't add money from a gift card, even if it's already in Wallet."
