Password website deleted
Trying to change/fix the website for a password and deleting the website seemed to delete the whole password and user name as well. Any chance it went someplace else with no website to list it alphabetically ??

Ok. I would go to the website in question and ensure your password is correct or use thr normal Forgot My Password routine to get it changed.
If you are lucky the Settings, Passwords entry will re-establish itself.
If it doesn’t then tap the plus sign ➕ and add website and password manually
