Siri app went missing

Siri doesn’t respond and the app went missing. Tried suggestions online. Please help. Thank you!

There is no "Siri app".

How are you invoking Siri? Do you mean "Hey, Siri..." What suggestions have you tried? Which iPhone model do you have?
