My Apple Cash is out my wallet n I can’t turn on Apple Pay I have 30$ in Apple Cash a friend sent for food and I can’t get it or send it back
Change the region of your Apple ID to something other than USA then change it back. Go to settings>Wallet & Apple Pay>Apple Cash - turn that on if it is not on.
