iPhone 11
Hi sjovic,
Thanks for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're unable to connect a set of Bluetooth capable earphones to your iPhone, so we'd like to share some information with you. Make sure you're following the steps outline in this article: Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Then follow the steps here, if you're still unable to connect the earphones: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Since the earphones work with your iPhone 6s, reach out to the manufacturer to find out if there's a firmware update available for them, and to confirm they're compatible with the iOS version your iPhone 11 is on.
Have a good one.
sjovic,
Sure thing. Feel free to post again in the future.
Cheers!
I’ll contact the manufacturer to clarify if the firmware update for iPh 11 is required.
Thanks for following up on the issue.
