I Airdropped an image from my iphone to my Macbook and now I can't find it. Where did it go?

I airdropped an image to my MacBook, it sent automatically. Now, how do I find it on my laptop?

MacBook Air 13″, OS X 10.11

Files sent using AirDrop are placed in the Downloads folder.
