Activation lock
Hi, on my old iPad 2 is activation lock after new update, I try to log in but it says it is not correct this device is linked on some iCloud mail who I can not remember, how I can open the iPad now?
Log in with the Apple ID involved, or contact the person who can, or if you're the iPad's original owner, click here and send an unlock request.
If you're having problems logging into that Apple ID, describe them here.
If it's become unbound from that Apple ID but is still locked, send an unlock request.
