Why Apple keeps canceling my order?
I really find the order cancelling completely useless, it is a waste of time. Apple have always been amazingly fast with deliveries and I have been an amazing customer, I find it disrespectful that a customer from so many years which literally pays thousands of dollars per year to the company and cannot get a simple answer. I ordered 2 Apple Watch bands a a MagSafe Wallet, my delivery date has been changing since a week and 3 days, it was supposed to arrive on Wednesday of the previous week and since Monday they have been delaying my order. Today they canceled One Apple Watch Band and the wallet, I asked why and they told me because of they could not charge me, something which is completely nonsense more if I was paying with my Apple Card, now they completely cancelled the order and I had to make a new one, which is suppose will happen the same thing again and again. I really do not why they keep cancelling it or why they cannot tell me what is going on. I receive an Email that they could not reach out to me, but I never received an Email or a call.
