Hi Crossnation,

Welcome to the Apple Community where some of us do our best to help each other.

f you run out of space, you can remove stored items to make more space available.

It's a good idea to make sure you have a back-up of anything you want to keep

When you delete something stored in iCloud, it’s deleted from all your devices with the iCloud feature turned on.
