iphone backup

I have an iPhone 12 & have 8/50gb used and I’m trying to backup my phone. It’s connected to power and wifi, yet it mentions, “This iPhone cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available”. I have the storage and it won’t backup.

We have your back and would like to help. This can happen for a few reasons

If you can't back up to iCloud use this article.

Please use the steps under "Check your iCloud storage and Next Backup Size in iOS or iPadOS"

The article goes over some basic steps to try when working with an iCloud backup that won't complete.
