How to remove Apple ID balance?
Couldn’t change my country region due to still have some balance on my apple id, how to remove the balance? As the balance doesn’t enough to purchase anything thank you

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
