take it back to the Apple Store or the Apple Certified Repair Shop that fixed it. If you had it replaced outside of those you need to take it up with whoever opened it up and replaced the battery, Apple would not be able to assist if that's the case.
So.....is it a genuine Apple battery....or not....?
