If you don't want to use it then cancel it: please see How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support - this will take effect as from the next renewal date.
As to a refund: Apple may give you a refund for the unexpired portion of your subscription, but please be aware that they are under no obligation to do so. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6
