Paint deteriorating of a 8-months old 16" macbook pro that I paid for USD3K!
I've already send in my macbook to the service center, and it's been there for almost 2 weeks, it has reach to the Senior level, but still Apple refuse to fix/replace my flaw macbook pro. I don't understand how a machine I paid so much for, compared to my 2009 macbook pro 13", the paint are falling off! It just doesn't make sense. And I've seen some cases out there that shares the similar problem with Apple Space-Grey products. Apple why won't you take responsible for your flaws, I understand the warranty condition doesn't cover Cosmetic damage, but I didn't drop it or scratch, the paint just chips off by itself, for a 3k machine! Apple, how can i trust you again?
