iphone control panel

OK, iphone 11pro, open control panel by double tapping rear of phone. expand tile in upper left corner by pressing and holding tile, this then allows you access to the on/off button for personal hotspot, great so far..

NOW, it would be nice to save a step and have the personal hotspot button where the airplane mode button is (i never use it, but i use the personal hotspot most days)..

Could someone please tell me how the heck to move the icons around to suit please..
