It's unclear how long you might need to wait, but have you contacted your banking institution regarding this? It's possible they're not allowing it to be added due to the several incorrect attempts made to add it for security purposes.
Also, are you able to add other cards as expected? We'd like to determine if the issue is isolated solely to this card, if so, again it would be best to consult your banking institution.
