If it was an email, it is most likely just a phishing message, which are sent out by the millions trying to scare people. To be sure, check it out by these tips:

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


However, if there is really a charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
