I have an iPhone 12 mini 64GB, and noticed that when I check the iPhone Storage, the entire bar is just a gray meter, with nothing categorized.
Is there a reason for this?

Have you had an opportunity to restart your iPhone since noticing this gray bar? If not, let's do so now. Here's a guide with the recommended steps for a standard restart: Restart your iPhone
So that we're on the same page, what's the version of iOS installed on your device? This can be found under Settings > General > About.
If it's not yet updated to iOS 14.4.2, we can recommend backing up your data and updating at this point: Update your iPhone

Thanks for your input. The phone has already been restarted, and is already on 14.4.2 of iOS.
It seems to be great beyond the odd meter issue, I'm really hoping there is not something odd going on.
My iPhone Storage meter has no color coding. Why would this be the case?
