iPhone 7 Activation issue

IPhone 7 about 6 months old suddenly lost all signal reception.

It has been backed up and reset to factory settings twice still not finding signal now getting the message below. I have tried activation on WiFi and Mobile network and via connection to laptop.

Any ideas ???
