IPOD TOUCH DISABLED CANT FIX HELP

PLEASE ANYONE KNOW, MY IPOD TOUCH IS DISABLED I TRIED TO TURN OFF AND HOLD THE VOLUME BUTTON AND CONNECT TO PC BUT IT IS STILL DISABLED
