Compromised passwords

I had an alert come in via calendar advising my phone had a small stem alert, as below and; as per community I followed the “fix” and now it’s gone! But in passwords I have loads of messages advising my password for numerous accounts-mainly online shopping sites has been compromised and; to change them. A lot of these accounts I never use and probably don’t exist.

Is it imperative to change them all or is there a quicker fix please? Maybe deleting them all?

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

You are welcome. For future reference, be cautious of websites that are making free offers, or asking you to all “Notifications”.

The warnings regarding passwords within settings, would be due to the fact that you are using the same password on multiple websites.

Yes ..... thank you! I’ve done that now and the messages have gone from from my calendar. Should it be okay now!

I still have loads of messages about passwords in settings?

Ah.....okay thank you. It’s not banks or anything.....just online shopping and what I really don’t use so I’ll just go through them and delete or change.
