Compromised passwords

I had an alert come in via calendar advising my phone had a small stem alert, as below and; as per community I followed the “fix” and now it’s gone! But in passwords I have loads of messages advising my password for numerous accounts-mainly online shopping sites has been compromised and; to change them. A lot of these accounts I never use and probably don’t exist.

Is it imperative to change them all or is there a quicker fix please? Maybe deleting them all?
