My AirPods case doesn't charge

I woke up this morning and realized my AirPods was discharged so I put them on charge the whole day and they hadn't charge a singel procent while I was gone. It doesn't light up or anything and I've tried multiple different charges and tried to clean the input put it isn't anywhere there. What do I do?
