Accessibility on icon text and.home screen

As great as Apple is for accessibility I find it amazing that accessibility option, mainly text size, is STILL not an option for the icons and Home Screen. Am I missing something? I’m visually impaired and Deaf (cannot use voiceover) and need very large text. Why still after many years does this option to incense text size not work on icon text. It’s extremely frustrating and quite frankly shameful (I know it’s possible for Apple to do this) they still have not implemented this.if anyone has an idea or suggestion I would be very appreciative. Thanks!

Thanks Alancito. I do use zoom but I'm trying to increase fonts naturally without having to use zoom. I just don't get why Apple can't seem to do this? Android and Windows (and even Linux) devices have no problems with this. I also just bought the M1 Mac mini and I have to tell you all (as a new Apple user and disabled Deaf-Blind) I love Apple so far but this issue with fonts is ridiculous. On the Mac mini, It seems you can only increase fonts to 16pts...really? I'm have such a difficult time trying to get all fonts to increase without having to use zoom (which I'm using now). Why is it possible for Windows/Android and so difficult for Apple and Apple far surpasses those other two in all other accessibility options. Just not in increasing fonts. Very frustrating.
