Hay Day game
I bought hay day’s farm pass on 12th April, but it’s inactivated. On 14th April, I accidentally bought it again, both are charged, but it’s still inactivated til now. I hope you can me find out the reason.

They said contact Apple Support because all payments made toward the game are processed by Apple.
