Phone stuck on Siri and won’t turn off
My husbands phone was working perfect and then all of a sudden got a black screen stuck in Siri and won’t turn off even though I tried the volume up and down and pressing the power button

Try the forced restart again, but this time first take off any case. Then:
Press and very quickly release the volume up button. > Immediately press and very quickly release by the volume down button > Immediately press and hold down the side button and keep holding the side button and ignore anything else until the Apple logo appears, release the side button only when you see the Apple logo.
